What is resistance wire? What are the materials of resistance wire?
Generally speaking, an increase in temperature will increase the resistance of metal materials; whether it is carbon, semiconductor materials or lithium battery electrolyte, and vice versa. The temperature increases and the resistance decreases. In this way, within a certain temperature range, we can think that the temperature change is linearly related to the resistance change, so we can convert the temperature change into the resistance change.
1) The resistance wire keeps the oxide scale in the furnace. Be sure to clean with a brush, broom or air compressor to prevent short-circuit faults caused by falling on aluminum alloy parts. Generally, cleaning should not be less than once a month.
2) Steel prefabricated components, such as bottom plate, orange exhaust, furnace tank, etc. It should be hung and knocked for a period of time, and zinc ash should be removed to prevent parts from collapsing or flooding. Especially chromium manganese nitrogen steel, the middle and late fall off more serious.
3) The lower teeth of the box-type furnace door and the ring cutter of the combined furnace cover are firmly inserted into the sand sealing groove. The sand in the sand sealing groove should not be too full, but should be uniform and straight. If the mixed burning sand is lost, it should be removed immediately. For ultra-low temperature furnace, a layer of intact asbestos cloth gasket can be placed.
4) The outer fast heating salt bath furnace should hang out the orange whirlpool on time and remove the photothermal power generation. The condensed salt on the surface of the part can be cleaned with boiling water; the condensed salt on the brick can be removed by scraping.
5) The shell of the copper thermostatic furnace must be tightly connected to prevent "copper frost" from falling into the furnace and corroding the parts.
6) Prevent rare metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, and lead from contacting electric heating elements. Whether it is a fine powder, molten liquid or steam, the corrosion of elements at high temperatures is very harmful. This is due to the corrosion of the location of the "floating rust", so that the cross-section is reduced, due to over-temperature and burn out.
7) The rear cover plate of the trolley used in the electric quenching furnace of the lifting system should be tightened to prevent the casting from falling into the sand during quenching, flooding the parts and causing over-temperature melting. Therefore, it is necessary to check frequently and remove the accumulated sand immediately.
8) Due to thermal expansion, cold contraction and stress relaxation. When heating and stopping the furnace, the anchor bolt of the lead-out rod wiring clamp is very easy to produce air oxidation and loosening, and should be regularly maintained and tightened.
9) The lead-out rod hole should be sealed tightly to prevent the exposed maintenance steam from igniting here, causing oxidation and peeling of the air in the rod, and even causing poor contact between the lead-out rod and the iron clamp.
10) When choosing a non-tank carburizing furnace or a controlled atmosphere containing CO, the dispersion of carbon will cause short-circuit failure. Therefore, the furnace mouth should be opened frequently or compressed and purged with air on time to make the carbon combustion products burn immediately.
